The (JEDDAH ROSE) project is located between King Road in Jeddah and Corniche Road with a different architectural view with facades on King Road and the Corniche, the building with an approximate area of 6,000 m2, consists of several different multi-use floors (commercial – administrative – residential hotel – gym – outdoor seating with a wonderful view of the sea), the building consists of 2 parking floors, ground and mezzanine floors, and floors from the first floor to the eighth floor.
Review and approve fire protection systems plans and approve fire alarm schemes.
Review and approve smoke control management schemes.
Making a technical report for the project’s fire prevention and protection systems.
Make an emergency and evacuation plan report.
Making a fire risk report on the project.
Supervising the implementation of fire prevention and protection works.
Issuance of a Work Conformity Certificate.
