This begins with urban planning and extends through architectural engineering and buildings, by collaborating with both government and private sectors, reflecting our belief in the importance of economic and social growth in Saudi Arabia. We emphasize our continuous support for all projects aimed at advancing urban growth with the highest level of efficiency, inspired by the visionary leadership of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz. We work tirelessly to support the success of projects and the development of facilities in the Kingdom. Since the Saudi citizen is one of the main targets of Vision 2030, at Madar Al Jazeera, we have paid special attention to our talented employees. Training programs have been designed to retain them, along with establishing professional databases to enable our team to keep up with the changes required by Vision 2030 and effectively work to attract national skills. Today, Madar Al Jazeera aims to recruit over 50% of Saudi nationals to join our team in the future, thanks to our trust and belief in their abilities.
