The project is located within the Jabal Omar Hotel Complex in Makkah, and it is one of the five-star hotels of the Hilton global chain. The hotel is distinguished by its prime location just steps away from the Holy Mosque (Al-Haram), making it one of the most prominent hotel destinations serving visitors and pilgrims throughout the year.
The hotel consists of 41 floors and includes approximately 676 rooms and hotel suites with a modern architectural design that meets international hospitality standards. It also features comprehensive service facilities, including restaurants, multipurpose halls, and designated areas for guest services.
The project aims to provide a high-class hospitality environment that combines comfort, luxury, and proximity to Al-Haram.
Preparing three 3D proposals for the interior design of the proposed hotel suite, consisting of a distribution area and two hotel rooms.
Preparing 2D diagrams for the proposed alternatives (floor plans – interior Facades).
Preparing quantity tables for the items accompanying the proposed alternative design.
Updating safety plans and mechanical and electrical (electromechanical) systems.
