The SOUL project was built on a plot of land measuring 7,824.80 m2, consisting of 3 separate buildings, each with a ground floor, first floor, second floor, third floor, fourth floor, fifth floor, and roof. There are 3 interconnected basements under the buildings used for parking, in addition to a fourth basement used as a pump room. The project consists of commercial showrooms and administrative offices.
Design and approval of fire prevention and protection systems in accordance with the Saudi Building Code and Civil Défense requirements.
