Madar Al Jazeera Engineering Consultants is contributing to the Etlala Project in Riyadh through the design and approval of fire protection and life safety systems, in full compliance with the Saudi Building Code and Civil Defense requirements, commissioned by Hayaza Company and supervised by the general consultant Abdulla Al-Muhanna.Located at the intersection of Makkah Road and Salah Al-Din Al-Ayoubi Branch Road, the project features mixed-use developments including hotels, residential apartments, and administrative buildings, totaling 24 buildings with varying heights and covering an area of 100,000 square meters, making it one of the prominent urban projects supporting Riyadh’s rapid growth.
