Madar Al Jazeera Engineering Consultants is contributing to the SOUL Project in Riyadh for Al Jazeera Raven Real Estate, through the design and approval of fire protection and life safety systems in accordance with the Saudi Building Code and Civil Defense requirements.The project spans an area of 7,824.80 m² and consists of three separate buildings featuring commercial showrooms and administrative offices, in addition to four basement levels designated for parking and pump rooms—creating a modern commercial and administrative destination aligned with the ongoing urban development in Riyadh.
