In line with the Ministry of Tourism’s directives to enhance the efficiency and readiness of hospitality facilities to meet the needs of pilgrims during the Hajj season, this technical report aims to explore available avenues for increasing the capacity of Ministry-licensed hotel rooms. The report is based on a comprehensive technical and engineering analysis focused on maximizing space utilization while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and safety guidelines issued by the relevant authorities. Furthermore, it seeks to balance capacity expansion with the maintenance of high-quality service standards, thereby strengthening the sector’s ability to accommodate the rapid growth in demand for hospitality services.
