Eng. Ahmed Rashad joined Madar Al Jazeera Engineering Consultants in July 2019 as a mechanical engineer overseeing the fire prevention and protection department for projects under the direct supervision of the CEO at the main branch in Makkah. He played a key role in establishing the company’s Riyadh branch, earning the trust of clients and assuming the position of branch manager. His responsibilities include project management, pricing, contracts, and overseeing profits and expenses.
Before joining Madar Al Jazeera, Eng. Ahmed Rashad held various roles at multiple companies, including EGEC, an engineering house of expertise. His extensive experience spans design, review, and supervision of fire prevention, fire protection, and project management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Assiut University and several certifications from the American Fire Association (NFPA).
Eng. Abdelsalam Sharaf Eldien

Eng. Abdelsalam Sharaf Eldien joined Madar Al Jazeera in October 2022 as Project Manager in Saudi Arabia. He oversees design and engineering consultancy services while managing and supporting the engineering team across various disciplines.
A mechanical engineer with a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Eng. Abdelsalam has 18 years of extensive experience in management, training, and engineering consultancy. Throughout his career, he has led numerous notable projects, contributing to the development and enhancement of mechanical systems. Known for his strategic vision and in-depth knowledge of project management, he specializes in engineering consultancy for buildings and urban planning, design, supervision, and management from a consultant’s perspective.
Engineer / Mohamed Habib
Director of Engineering Department
Architect - Consultant
Eng. Habib joined Madar Al Jazeera in October 2023 as the Director of the Engineering Department at the Cairo branch. He oversees design and engineering consultancy, providing guidance and support to the multidisciplinary engineering team.
With over 33 years of experience, Eng. Habib has a strong background in urban planning, design, building supervision, and project management for public and private sector clients across various industries and countries. He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and began his career as an architecture graduate.
Prior to joining Madar Al Jazeera, Eng. Habib held leadership roles in prominent engineering firms, including founding and managing integrated architectural design teams and serving on technical and administrative committees. He has extensive expertise in aligning designs with local and international codes, particularly those of Saudi Arabia, and has contributed significantly to training and team development in his field.
