Madar Al Jazeera Engineering Consultants is contributing to the Core Complex Project for Core Real Estate Investment, through designing and approving fire protection and life safety systems in accordance with the Saudi Building Code and Civil Defense requirements, in addition to supervising the implementation and issuing the conformity certificate.The project spans multiple phases and includes a variety of sports and recreational facilities such as a sports hall, padel building, and a private villa, making it one of the distinguished integrated destinations within the Diplomatic Quarter – DQ, and supporting the ongoing urban development in Riyadh.
