As part of the Masar Project in Makkah – Umm Al Qura Development Company, Madar Al Jazeera Engineering Consultants was responsible for developing the architectural concept of a tower project. The development is a mixed-use high-rise comprising commercial, administrative, and hotel residential functions across 30 floors. The architectural approach blends contemporary design with respect for local Hijazi architectural heritage, reinterpreting traditional elements such as rawashin and protruding façades through a modern lens that reflects both cultural identity and current urban development standards.
