Khayala project is a project on the lands of the Ministry signed between the Ministry of Housing and the National Housing Company on 29/12/1441 AH corresponding to 19/08/2020 AD, and in reference to the real estate development sub-agreement, the areas of land allocated to (Makkiyoon Developers and Urbanists) in the region (Fourth Region) in the Khayala residential project, which is implemented on the lands of the Ministry in Jeddah and signed with the National Housing Company on 01/01/1442 AH corresponding to 19/08/2020 AD, which allocated to the sub-developer under the agreement areas of land in the fourth area of the land of the Khayala project, which is estimated at (143,802.10) square meters in order to carry out the superstructure works on the scale allocated to the developer, and whereas, Makkiyoon Developers and Urbanians will be responsible for all such works as stipulated in the signed agreement and subsequent data.
Design and approval of fire protection systems schemes. Approval of fire alarm schemes.
Making a technical report for the project’s fire prevention and protection systems. Make an emergency and evacuation plan report.
Making a fire risk report on the project.
Making shop plans for the work of (fire protection – fire alarm – architectural safety).
Supervising the implementation of fire prevention and protection works.
Issuance of a Work Conformity Certificate.
