The building is made of concrete structure consisting of a building (water tank – ground floor – mezzanine – 5 floors – roof floor) with an approximate area of (2200 m2) on the ground floor, while the area of the fifth floor is (140 m2). The height of the building is about 27 m, but its height with the highest occupied floor is 22.95 m above street level.
